We are excited to welcome you as a FollowThatPatient Member! 
This short video below will show you exactly what to expect during the next few weeks to fully customize your account.

The on-boarding process is simple:

Complete and send back the Reference Sheet attached to the welcome email.  This is to help us build a good customized foundation for your account

Send us your Logo, website URL, and any exports of patient history you have from past software or files

Customize your Admin section.  Your account comes with basic templates in each category and we are here to help you do this as well with many tutorials in the Help Center if you have questions

Set up your Merchant Account.  Our Merchant Account has excellent rates and will enable you to connect FTP to your bank to receive payments directly through FollowThatPatient.

That's it!

You will then be fully customized and ready to use FollowThatPatient in your practice.  To get started, please complete Steps 1 & 2 above and follow the link in your email to sign into your FollowThatPatient account.
