Is there training for my staff and providers?
We offer FULL training for all of your admin and staff. During the on-boarding process, we ensure you and your staff feel comfortable using the software in your practice on a daily basis before we begin processing your monthly payments. This allows you to take your time with learning and asking any questions you may have.
In addition, your account has a robust Help Center with videos tutorials for to help you learn every aspect of FTP. This also helps you to train new staff quickly without having to pull other staff resources to get them up to speed.
What server is ftp hosted on?
FTP is hosted Amazon Wed Services.
Is there an offline option?
No. You need internet access to login to your FTP account. That said, you can access FTP on any device and from anywhere you have internet connection.
How can I use ftp when I am not at the office?
You can use FTP on your laptop, desktop, phone or tablet. All you need is an internet connection.
Is there Data encryption for HIPAA regulations
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit with SSL/TLS from Amazon Web Services, and at rest with RDS and EBS encryption which is also through AWS.

how do i contact support
Once you sign up for an FTP account you are assigned an account manager. They will be your main point of contact, however, all of our account managers can quickly be reached by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How quickly does ftp react to troubleshooting issues
We respond and rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible. Most issues are resolved within 1hr of being notified.
